22ND CENTURY LEADERS:
Foundational Tools to Nurture the Emerging Multicultural Reality
Now is the moment when the world most needs your visions
9-MONTH PROGRAM STARTS APRIL 11, 2021
APPLICATION DEADLINE MARCH 31, 2021
You’re here to help evolve the planet to our next stage, in ways big and small. This means beginning to dismantle the white supremacy myth that collectively gaslights us, and learning how to build a new true multiculture. It also means learning to master your inner world, so you can do more effective work in the outer world.
If this resonates with you, please consider joining us.
With an inspiring community of peers, learn and practice powerful life tools to:
LEAD THE CHANGE YOU ENVISION
Create future possibility now
Engender a new, true multiculture
Foster deep inclusion and belonging
BE THE CHANGE YOU LEAD
Cultivate presence of mind
Handle conflict with skill and confidence
Deepen relationships of all kinds
LIVE THE JOY THAT FEEDS YOU
Reclaim the full spectrum of your humanity
Inhabit your connection to nature
Express your primal self
...and practice weaving all this into the holistic leadership the planet so desperately needs...and that you are uniquely positioned to provide.
IN YOUR HEART...
...you know intuitively that everything connects to everything else: diversity and inclusion connect to conflict resolution, which in turn connects to your own inner world, which of course connects to the health and longevity of your organization or project.
However, you may not know how to most effectively bring all that together. Now you can learn and practice a holistic approach to both inner and outer change in a nourishing and supportive community, with a combination of tools available only here.
